Description
In recent years, Extended Realities (XR) have created new possibilities for digital cooperation and interaction in the field of experience and service design. In this lab, hosted by members of the Center for Customer Experience & Service Design, you will get an overview of current developments in these fields, and we will discuss issues that Swiss companies are addressing to lead the change in XR experience and collaboration design. Your committed participation is required – in a virtual workshop setting, of course.
