Øystein Dørum

Øystein Dørum is currently an independent consultant, writer and speaker. He has a Master in Economics from The University of Oslo and a Master in Politics from LSE. He has worked in the Norwegian Ministry of Finance, The Union Bank of Norway 1995-98, as Chief Economist in DNB and as Chief Economist and member of the executive board at the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprises (NHO). He is a well-known commentator in media and has held about 3,000 presentations on economic subjects, ranging from fiscal policy and the characteristics of the Norwegian wage formation model, to market developments.

Camilla Amundsen

Camilla Amundsen is the Managing Director of Rambøll Norway, where she leads around 1,500 employees and works on the development of sustainable infrastructure and critical societal solutions in Norway.She has over 15 years of leadership experience from large and complex organizations, including several executive roles at Telenor Norway and as CEO of Miles. She also has a background from Altibox and Lyse, as well as ten years of experience as a strategy consultant at Accenture.

Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of technology, infrastructure, and commercial development, with responsibility for growth, transformation, and business performance across multiple organisations. Amundsen also has extensive board experience and holds a Master of Science in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from NTNU.

Torunn Biller White

Torunn Biller White joined Gard in 2016 and was Gard’s Chief Risk Officer and Managing Director for Gard’s Oslo office up until 2025. She then took on the role as CFO with responsibility for Finance and Technology. She has 15 years’ experience with risk management from within both government and corporates in Oslo and London. She previously worked for DnB, Barclays Capital, Eksportfinans and the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund before joining Gard.

Knut Mjåland is CEO of Global Center of Expertise NODE. He has extensive managerial experience from the global energy sector and high-tech materials/composites industry.

Mjåland served 15 years as Senior Vice President at MHWirth (now HMH). Prior to joining GCE NODE, he spent six years as CEO of Mandals, a world-leading producer of lay-flat hoses owned by Michelin. Mjåland is an accomplished manager of branch offices around the world and brings extensive experience from the board room.

He was trained as a Technical Engineer at the Air Force Technical College in Kristiansand and he holds a degree in Business Economics and Marketing from Harstad University College.

Stine Bjønnstu Holthe

Stine Bjønnstu Holthe is Head of Sustainability at Bulk Infrastructure, working with the development and construction of digital infrastructure – the backbone of the digital society. With a background as a civil engineer, she focuses on large‑scale, cross‑disciplinary industrial development and how digital infrastructure must be understood holistically, both as part of the energy system and as a driver of societal value creation.
