Robin Teigland
Robin Teigland is Professor of Strategy and Digitalization at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden, and a Fellow of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA). Her research lies at the intersection of strategy, digital transformation, and sustainability, with a focus on how technologies such as AI and additive manufacturing transform organizations, industries, and governance structures. She is particularly interested in the societal implications of digitalization, including how digital technologies can enable the twin transition through circular ecosystems and more resilient organizations.
Beyond academia, Teigland has a diverse industry background spanning venture capital, international banking, management consulting, and entrepreneurship across multiple continents. Since 2018, she has also been active as an impact entrepreneur, co-founding the Peniche Ocean Watch Association as well as circular ventures including Ocean Tech Hub Lda, Circular Ocean Lda, and Ekbacken Studios AB, with the aim of fostering blue circular economies from Portugal to Sweden.
