To take advantage of discounted rates, check the online platform provided by our partner Berg-Hansen. Important information for online booking of accommodation, airport transfers and excursions:

• Some hotels in Kristiansand have agreed to extend booking availability until 15 May.
• Airport transfers from Kristiansand Airport Kjevik to Kristiansand city centre or from Oslo Airport to Kristiansand can be booked on the same platform.

Word of notice: A common mistake is confusing Kristiansand (south, KRS) with Kristiansund (north, KSU). They are different Norwegian cities and airports, separated by hundreds of kilometres. Read more here.

Visas Visa invitation letters will be automatically issued to delegates who log in again to the DEKON platform after completing their conference registration and once their payments have been received in DEKON’s bank account.
