Book your hotel and register for the conference:

- Deadline for Authors Registration: 16 April 2026
- Buy your ticket for the Party on June 19, first-come, first-served basis, during the registration process.

Academic Development Workshops on 16 June

- Free of charge, registration is required here.

Obtain a visa and invitation letter
- You will be able to download a letter of invitation after completion of the registration process and payment of the registration fee (more information about visa can be found here).
Programme building
- Begins after the authors’ registration deadline on 16 April.
- Detailed paper sessions and symposia programme released week commencing 19 May.
