Important information for online booking of accommodation, airport transfers and excursions:

• Booking deadline: April 16, 2026. We recommend booking early, as room allotments may sell out before this date.
• Flexible booking policy: All hotels, transfers and excursion bookings can be changed or cancelled online free of charge until April 7. If you need personal assistance with changes, an administration fee of 500,- NOK will apply. After April 7, bookings are binding and non-refundable.
• Late bookings: From April 17, hotel reservations will only be possible subject to availability.
• Airport transfers from Kristiansand Airport Kjevik to Kristiansand city centre or from Oslo airport to Kristiansand can be booked on the same platform.
