EURAM 2026 is an onsite conference to be held 16-19 of June at the School of Business and Law of the University of Agder, Kristiansand (Norway).
However, there will be also the opportunity to present your research online for those who cannot travel because of special circumstances. *
The special online session will be run separately on 9 June 2026, ten days before the onsite conference starts and it will be the only online part of the conference. The special online session will include paper sessions for presentations and an opening session with the EURAM president. All the other sessions of the conference will only be onsite.
Papers for the special online paper sessions can be submitted as all other papers from here and will need to comply with the authors guidelines.
During the registration process the authors of accepted papers who cannot travel will have the option to register their paper for the special online session. The papers will be organised in online sessions based on SIGs and topics. The online presentations platform will be Zoom.
Online presenters will receive a certificate of attendance and will be able to access all papers of the EURAM 2026 Conference.
The maximum capacity is 100 papers for online presentation. Registrations will be taken on a first come first served basis.

- special health and medical conditions, travel restrictions announced by national or international authorities.
- cost related issues for members outside Europe, Canada, UK, and USA.
These special circumstances should be communicated and documented at the time of registration, and in any case within the 16th of April. It will not be possible to change an onsite paper presentation to an online paper presentation after the authors deadline registration.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat by mail at euramregistration@dekon.com.tr
- Only presenting authors who complete their registration at the latest on 16 April 2026 will be included in the programme.
- The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.
- Membership Fees include 21% Belgian VAT.
- The European Academy of Management (EURAM) plans to take photographs and video material at the EURAM 2026 conference, and reproduce them in EURAM educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the EURAM website. By participating at the EURAM 2026, you grant EURAM the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of EURAM. Postings may be displayed, distributed or used by EURAM for any purpose.
Cancellation Policy – Registration
- Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the EURAM 2026 Registration Secretariat euramregistration@dekongroup.com
- Cancellations received before or on 29 May 2026 are eligible for 50% refund.
- Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations received after 29 May 2026.
- Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of EURAM 2026, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
