Important information for online booking of accommodation, airport transfers and excursions:
- Booking deadline: April 16, 2026. We recommend booking early, as room allotments may sell out before this date.
- Flexible booking policy: All hotels, transfers and excursion bookings can be changed or cancelled online free of charge until April 7. If you need personal assistance with changes, an administration fee of 500,- NOK will apply. After April 7, bookings are binding and non-refundable.
- Late bookings: From April 17, hotel reservations will only be possible subject to availability.
- Airport transfers from Kristiansand Airport Kjevik to Kristiansand city centre or from Oslo Airport to Kristiansand can be booked on the same platform.
Word of notice: A common mistake is confusing Kristiansand (south, KRS) with Kristiansund (north, KSU). They are different Norwegian cities and airports, separated by hundreds of kilometres.

Visas
Visa invitation letters will be automatically issued to delegates who log in again to the DEKON platform after completing their conference registration and once their payments have been received in DEKON’s bank account. Please contact euramsecretariat@dekongroup.com if you still require assistance
