Dear EURAM members and friends,
Your activities are the bedrock of the Conference. We look forward to receiving your proposals for new topics. You will facilitate the development of research and of papers that matter.
If you chair a standing track, please also refer to the topic chairs’ responsibilities that signal the start of our common mission and complete the topic proposal template so that we can present your track on the Website.
– PROPOSAL
Propose a topic to be considered for the conference programme by clicking on topic and by filling out the topic proposal form which is available here.
Prior to submitting your proposal, please ensure that you run a spell check on all the texts you are submitting. In case of acceptance, parts of your proposal will be published on the EURAM website and proceedings.
Please use the fields checklist to prepare your proposal before online submission.

Note: The Topic Proposal Form can be saved and completed later.
– PROMOTION
If your proposal is accepted, actively promote your topic through your own networks on behalf of the EURAM conference, highlighting the opportunity to submit research papers for the topic you are proposing. You are expected to issue your own call for papers that must be coordinated in terms of styling and content with the SIG to which your topic is attached.
– COMMITMENT TO ASSUME FURTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
When your proposed topic achieves a significant number of submissions (at least 30 papers), topic proponents commit to accept the responsibility of becoming Track Chairs and to responsibly develop such a role. Thank you for taking the time to communicate with the SIG chair and the Conference Programme Committee when your topic is selected and for respecting all the deadlines. Your availability and your capacity to manage those first steps are the conditions for transforming your topic into a conference track.
Concerning attendance at the conference, all track chairs, panellists or moderators in a symposium will need to register and pay the conference and membership fees which will be in the range of those offered in 2020 (see here).
