Maria Serena Porcari, an honors graduate in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan, is CEO of Fondazione Dynamo Camp, contributing to the start-up of the organization since 2004. She is President and CEO of Dynamo Academy Impresa Sociale since its start in 2010. She sits on the Board of Directors of the SeriousFun Children’s Network Association USA and joins the Program and Grants Committee and the Strategic Committee.
Maria Serena is an independent director of CIR Spa. She also serves as board member of Kme Group S.p.A. and Natural Capital Italia S.p.A. She is in the Board of Directors of Fondazione Hospice M.T. Chiantore Seragnoli. She is member of the Board and the Executive Committee of Bocconi University. She is member of the General Council of Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Pistoia e Pescia and member of Consiglio Territoriale of Banca Intesa.
She began her career in 1994 in market research and financial analysis for venture capital with major national and foreign companies. Subsequently she worked for IBM Italy (from 1995 to 2004), holding various positions in consultancy and management. She became an IBM executive in 2000.
She is Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) in Italy. She obtained an MBA from the Henley Management School UK and a CEMS Master’s in International Management. She attended the Executive Program Innovating Health for Tomorrow at Insead. She is Academic Fellow at Bocconi University and gives contribution to subjects on Social Entrepreneurship at UNIMI and LUISS Business School.

Albena Björck is an Associate Professor at the School of Management and Law at Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW). Her research centers on purpose-driven strategic management, with a particular focus on positioning, renewal, and resilience within purpose-led organizations.
Dr. Björck has established long-standing, strategic collaborations between academia and industry, conducting action research and co-developing educational innovations with purpose-oriented companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Logitech, Deloitte, Clariant, and the Alliance to Zero.
An award-winning educator in both Master’s and Executive Education programs, she is also an active leader in the academic community, serving, among other roles, as Co-Chair of the Strategic Management Special Interest Group at the European Academy of Management.
Before entering academia, Dr. Björck spent nearly two decades in business practice. Based on her experience, she has been appointed expert of the Swiss Innovation Agency. Her professional purpose lies in bridging rigorous research, forward-looking education, and real-world impact—preparing leaders to shape a more purposeful future. She holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
