Dear Friends and Colleagues,
We invite you to join the EURAM 2025 Conference, hosted at the University of Florence in the School of Economics and Management from June 22nd to June 25th, 2025. This gathering holds special significance as we come together to celebrate the 25th Anniversary of EURAM conferences.
This event will be a great opportunity for scholars, practitioners, and business people from all over the world to exchange ideas and increase worldwide collaborations.
The theme of the conference is “Managing with Purpose”, a strategic assumption that reflects something more aspirational than the search for corporate profit. It explains how the people involved in the organization can make the difference, giving them a sense of meaning and drawing their support. It is about people coming together to do something they believe in and allowing profit to follow as a consequence of their collective endeavor rather than being an end in itself.
The venue of the conference is the School of Economics and Management, the largest school of University of Florence. It is a community of nearly 200 professors and more than 6,000 students, 7 master programs, 5 undergrad programs. The School includes four departments (Economics and Management, Law, Political Science and Computer Science). This multidisciplinary environment makes the School of Economics and Management an ideal setting to create and share novel ideas, combining different perspectives and different research fields.
The city of Florence offers an extraordinary and unique setting. Florence is an open-air museum, one of the most beautiful and visited art cities in the world. With its art and history, its beautiful Mediterranean climate, good and healthy food and great shopping, Florence sets the ideal stage for hosting EURAM 2025.
We look forward to welcoming you to this extraordinary location and sharing a lively and successful conference experience, ensuring that EURAM 2025 in Florence becomes a memorable and enriching event for all participants!
