style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dear EURAM colleagues and friends,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>EURAM Early Career Colloquium<\/strong> took place 11-13<sup>th<\/sup> of March 2024, at the University of Barcelona. It was a great experience from several viewpoints: the generous and expert advices provided by all mentors, the passionate aspirations and commitment of the early career scholars, the efficient and empathic coordination of the local organisers, the leadership of Johanna Szulc and Ryan Armstrong, and the long-term involvement of some past EURAM Presidents. I experienced one of the best expressions the EURAM spirit, i.e., how the interactions and dynamics between senior and young colleagues may contribute to develop a stronger and more cohesive community of management scholars. I strongly encourage early career scholars to attend this event in the future.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">If you want to host the 2025 edition of the EECC, you may apply to a call that will expire the 31th of May 2024. Check the EURAM website for more information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We are quickly approaching the <strong>24th Annual Conference<\/strong> \u2018Fostering innovation to address grand challenges&#8217; \u2013 that will be held 25-28 June at the University of Bath School of Management. The conference received 1993 submissions, involved 2260 reviewers, and will have over 400 sessions, over 1200 papers presented among which 76 online, 37 symposia, and 5 labs. We estimate that more than 1700 delegates will attend the conference as well as 75 PhDs will attend the Doctoral Colloquium. I express my sincere gratitude to all EURAM stakeholders that made this possible: the SIG chairs, the Track chairs, the symposia &amp; Lab panelists, the submitters, the reviewers, the local organizers (the University of Bath School of Management team), the Chairs of the Doctoral Colloquium, the ExCom, the Board and the EURAM staff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In the meantime, we are already working for the <strong>25<sup>th<\/sup> EURAM<\/strong> annual conference that will be held 22-25<sup>th<\/sup> June 2025 at the University of Florence. The deadline to submit topic and symposium proposals is 12<sup>th<\/sup> of June 2024. While we are quickly approaching our annual meeting in Bath, do not forget to start designing and planning the 2025 annual conference.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The journal is thriving and has just announced a <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/onlinelibrary.wiley.com\/pb-assets\/assets\/17404762\/CFP-25th-EURAM-Anniversary-Special-Issue-1716923419987.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Special Issue<\/a><\/strong> for the 25<sup>th<\/sup> anniversary of the Academy proposed by the EURAM College of Fellows on <em>The Future of Management Education and Research: The role of institutions. <\/em>The Guest Editors are Stewart Clegg (University of Technology Sydney), Peter McKiernan (University of Strathclyde, Scotland), Kathrin M. Moeslein (Friedrich-Alexander-Universit\u00e4t Erlangen-N\u00fcrnberg, Germany), Howard Thomas (Singapore Management University, Singapore) and Sibel Yamak (Wolverhampton University, England).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finally, EURAM is becoming more social and connected. First, our presence in all social media is significantly increased. In particular, LinkedIn is becoming an effective way to share updates and announcements with all members. So, I invite you to link with EURAM on social media in order to access our Society\u2019s posts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Still, we designed a new service <strong>\u2013 EURAM Community Connect<\/strong> \u2013 that will allow you to send updates and share announcements (e.g., on call for papers, new positions, events) with your colleagues. This is a nice addition to the newsletter, the annual report, the website and the social media, that will allow EURAM to create a stronger network among its members.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:
