style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dear EURAM members, friends and colleagues,<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I have great memories of the EURAM 2023 Doctoral Colloquium and Conference organized by the Trinity Business School. It was a great conference both for the record number of attendees, and for the high interactions and engagement during the sessi17ons. While we are still collecting and analyzing your feedback to fine tune the organization of the next annual conference, I take the opportunity to warmly thank the Trinity Business School team, the SIG Teams, the VPs and staff, the guest speakers and panelists, the sessions chairs and discussants, the reviewers and submitters, and \u2013 last but not least \u2013 our partner DEKON.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The next conference will be hosted by the University of Bath. As usual, this will be the great annual event for all current and new EURAM members. Our SIGs and tracks chairs are already engaged to solicit your interest and to encourage submissions. We will launch the first Call for Papers the 26<sup>th<\/sup> of September, and now we are looking forward to receive a large number of submissions. As last year, the conference will include 12 SIGs plus the general conference one. For more information, please visit the conference website <a href=\"https:\/\/conferences.euram.academy\/2024conference\/university-of-bath\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">However, we can anticipate since now that there has been already a great interest as signaled by the record number of proposals for tracks (67) and symposia (48) received! This number indicates that the next conference will be well attended and successful! I am looking forward to meeting all of you in Bath, 25-28 June 2024!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After we publish the call for papers for the 2024 EURAM conference on 26 September, we are close to launching the next doctoral colloquium. This event will be held just before the conference, i.e., 23-24 June 2024.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We have also started to design the call for paper for the 15th EURAM Early Career Colloquium (EECC), that will be held in March 2024. The workshop will be organized in collaboration with the University of Barcelona. More information will be published soon!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These two events are at the core of EURAM\u2019s mission, that includes also to help PhD students and untenured colleagues to strengthen their research skills and professional network. She has been successful in carrying out funded\u00a0research projects of various sizes with both national and international teams of academics. She heads the Center for Research, Transfer and Innovation (CITEI) and she is the director of the doctoral program in Economics and Business at UNIR. Isabel holds a national accreditation as a full professor and has been awarded positive evaluation as a high-productivity researcher by the National Evaluation Commission of Research (in Spain). Formerly, she has been Vice-Dean of Academic Affairs and co-director of the research group Growth Strategies at Complutense University of Madrid. Isabel has been the national representative of Spain in Euram (2018-2021). She is also the Director of the doctoral program at TSM. Her research focuses on the management of mergers and acquisitions, more specifically on the organisational and human issues involved in the implementation of these operations. Audrey Rouzies uses qualitative and mixed methods, preferably longitudinal, to understand the research areas she studies. Audrey Rouzies is also a co-founder of the European M&amp;A Institute (eM&amp;Ai). She holds a PhD in Management from the University of Leeds (UK). Her research interests are based on managing neurodiversity and creating inclusive organizations with a focus on employee well-being and effective interpersonal relationships. She is the author of scientific papers published in international journals and the recipient of prestigious academic grants and awards. She participates in the work of the European Academy of Management (EURAM) as a Vice President for Early Career Community and as a Doctoral Colloquium Chair. However, new and emerging technologies \u2013 such as big data, artificial intelligence and vehicle autonomy \u2013 have also created new challenges, many of them ethical in nature.<\/p>\n<p>So how can innovation help to solve major challenges without creating new ones? To answer this question, business organisations, their key stakeholders, governments and the academic community must collaborate to develop new solutions, which may require moving beyond traditional thinking.<\/p>\n<p>Our 2024 conference, hosted by the University of Bath School of Management, will focus on exploring strategies to promote innovation in tackling these global priorities. The programme features keynote speeches, panel discussions and paper presentations, as well as ample opportunities for networking and informal conversations.<\/p>\n<p>So far, the response to the call for topics and symposia has been overwhelming. Responsible management takes particular account of sustainability targets and ESG criteria in the pursuit of economic goals and productivity gains. In recent years, management research in all its subfields has increasingly devoted itself to this topic and gained important insights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">With respect to this workshop we are primarily interested in empirical research at different stages of development beyond pure essays, literature reviews, conceptual papers, and descriptive reports.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The workshop aims to further develop early-stage research ideas in prominent management fields such as Entrepreneurship, Governance, Human Resources, International Business, Strategic Management or Supply Chain Management in a joint discourse with senior faculty and peer researchers in order to increase their chances of publication in peer-reviewed journals.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Submission deadline: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">We accept submissions via email (<a href=\"mailto:mailto:RMworkshop@unibz.it\">RMworkshop@unibz.it<\/a>) from September until 15 October 2023.
