Learning becomes one of the central mechanisms through which resilience unfolds. AI has the potential to augment human learning by enhancing prediction and decision support. Cyber risks and digital manipulation may, however, weaken critical thinking and collective sensemaking. Systemic resilience requires not only learning with and about AI, but also preserving meaningful human agency, reflexivity, and accountability. This topic reimagines resilience as a distributed, relational, and contested process that extends beyond organizational boundaries. It explores how firms, stakeholders, communities, technologies, institutions, and natural systems adapt, reorganize, and transform together. Particular attention is given to human\u2013AI collaboration, stakeholder networks, ecological dependencies, adaptive governance, and the politics of responsibility.
