This track brings together research on inclusive careers and leadership with a specific focus on disability as a critical, yet often underexplored, dimension of organisational inequality. We invite contributions examining how organisational practices, technologies, and institutional contexts shape access to work, career progression, and leadership opportunities for diverse and marginalized groups, including persons with disabilities. Yet, in today&#8217;s disruptive times, ideologies of national homogeneity and negative difference devalue, marginalize and exclude minority groups, such as migrants, both on-site and virtually. Even those who have never\u00a0 &#8216;migrated&#8217; are\u00a0 &#8216;migrantised&#8217;, due to intersecting exclusion effects of mobility, ethnicity, race and religion that make them\u00a0 &#8216;the undesirable Other&#8217; in their own home.
