style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Venue\u00a0 &#8211; The University of Agder (UiA)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The University of Agder (UiA) is the leading education and research institute in the region, with 14,ooo students and 1,500 employees. UiA became a university in 2007, but our roots span over more than 190 years. In 1771 Bishop Johan Ernst Gunnerus proposed that a Norwegian university will be established in Kristiansand. But apparently Universities don&#8217;t materialize quickly, at least not in Norway. All Norwegian universities so far have had a preparation time of 40-60 years and in this sense, UiA is a typical Norwegian University. The University started as a teacher training \u00a0college in 1839, taking place at the Holt vicarage in East-Agder. Today, UiA \u00a0has two campuses &#8211; Kristiansand (the conference venue) and Grimstad and six faculties (one of which is the School of Business &amp; Law).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">To find your way around UiA campus, \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uia.no\/english\/about-uia\/getting-here-and-around\/mazemap.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Campus map<\/a> is provided, where you can search for rooms and venues<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The university campus in Kristiansand is built following the American campus model, with everything gathered in a compact area. Short distances to facilities and units \u00a0designed for high well-being and for students and staff to collaborate across disciplines.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The School of Business and Law has over 2,000 students and is AACSB accredited.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-6032 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/conferences.euram.academy\/2026conference\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/11\/2025\/02\/UIA.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"340\" height=\"65\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Accessibility at UiA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the University of Agder (UiA) Kristiansand campus, the physical and digital environment is designed to support accessibility, inclusion, and equal participation for guests and visitors with disabilities.<\/p>\n<p>The physical environment includes accessible campus buildings, step-free routes, elevators, adapted restrooms, ergonomic furniture, and access to quiet or private spaces when needed.
