We invite submissions that address these topics by adopting a variety of perspectives, using different methodologies, and focusing on various contexts. Aligning with the conference theme &#8220;Managing with Purpose,&#8221; this track welcomes studies showcasing the importance of diversity in enhancing public organization outcomes. Contributions related to any form of diversity that promotes a heterogeneous workforce are encouraged.
