She holds a PhD in innovation management from EBS University of Business and Law, Germany. With expertise at the crossroads of strategy, technology, innovation, and organization, she brings more than 20 years of combined experience in both academia and industry. Her current research agenda emphasizes AI-enabled digital transformation at the individual, organizational, and strategic levels. This includes the design of effective human\u2013AI collaboration and work structures, the impact of AI on organizational structures and processes, and the potential of AI to create competitive advantage. He obtained his PhD from Erasmus University Rotterdam. His research focuses on understanding the factors that determine the success of organizations in adopting emerging digital technologies\u2014at the individual, team, organizational, and ecosystem levels\u2014using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods. His work has been published in the <em>Strategic Management Journal, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Research Policy, Long Range Planning, <\/em>and the<em> Journal of Product Innovation Management<\/em>. He co-edited a <em>Long Range Planning<\/em> special issue entitled <em>Strategizing in a Digital Era<\/em> and currently serves on the editorial boards of the <em>Journal of Management Studies, International Journal of Management Reviews (IJMR)<\/em>, and <em>Long Range Planning<\/em>.
