strictly follow the guidelines and formatting instructions for both preparation and submission of all papers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">For EURAM 2025, the abstracts and full papers will be published in e-format and for the latter, accessible for registered delegates only.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"text-build-content\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;color: #55575d;font-size: 16px\">The proceedings will carry the ISSN 2466-7498 and ISBN 978-2-9602195-7-9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">Each paper will be screened to ensure compliance with EURAM\u2019s guidelines. Papers which do not match the EURAM requirements will be desk-rejected, and authors will not have the opportunity to submit an updated version.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\"><span style=\"text-align: justify\">Please read below instructions carefully prior to submitting and remember to <strong>select <\/strong>at least one of the <strong>Sustainable Development Goals<\/strong> your research addresses (<\/span><a style=\"text-align: justify\" href=\"https:\/\/www.un.org\/sustainabledevelopment\/sustainable-development-goals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">UN SDGs<\/a><span style=\"text-align: justify\">):<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">Each paper can only be submitted to ONE track.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">Submitted papers must not have been previously presented at a EURAM annual Conference (unless there are significant changes from the original presented proposal).<br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">Submitted papers must not have been published or accepted for publication before the EURAM annual Conference (neither in print nor online, in any form \u2013 online preprint, working paper, etc.).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">To facilitate the blind review process, <strong>remove ALL authors identifying information<\/strong> (names, affiliations etc.), including acknowledgements from the text, and document\/file properties (any submissions with author information will be automatically DELETED; author information and acknowledgements are to be included in the submission form).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">The <strong>abstract<\/strong> should not exceed <strong>400 words<\/strong> and should be included both in the PDF and the submission form.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">Include 3 keywords in the submission form. A maximum of 6 keywords is allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">The entire paper (title page, abstract, main text, figures, tables, references, etc.) must be in ONE <strong>anonymised document<\/strong> created in PDF format.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">The <strong>maximum length<\/strong> of the paper is <strong>40 pages<\/strong> (including ALL tables, appendices and references). The <strong>minimum length<\/strong> of the paper is <strong>10 pages<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">Use<strong> Times New Roman 12-pitch font<\/strong>, double spaced, and 1-inch (2.5 cm) margin all around.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\"><strong>Number all the pages<\/strong> of the paper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\"><strong>No changes<\/strong> in the paper title, abstract, authorship, track and actual paper can occur <strong>AFTER the submission deadline<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\"> Check that the PDF File of your paper prints correctly and ensure that the file is virus-free. Submissions will be done on-line on the EURAM 2025 submission system (platform opens on 1st of December).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">Only submissions in <strong>English<\/strong> shall be accepted for review.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">In case of acceptance, the author or one of the co-authors should be available to present the paper at the conference. A presenting author* can only present one paper at the conference.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\"> If you submit a paper, you agree to<strong> review at least two papers for EURAM 2025<\/strong> in the track you have submitted your paper to.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">* <strong>ONE PRESENTING AUTHOR = ONE PAPER<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">Each individual is limited to one personal appearance on the programme as a presenting author. This policy precludes acceptance of papers for more than one presentation. In other words, an author can submit and present only one paper. However, a presenter can always be a non-presenting co-author on additional papers.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\"><strong>Statement about the use of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">EURAM does not prohibit, in principle the use of generative AI to support research activities. The use of AI to generate ideas and \/or research questions, to analyse data, to support writing or for any other purposes in a submission to EURAM should be transparently disclosed in the manuscript, preferably in the literature review and\/or methods sections (it has to be visible for the reader and reviewers).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">Authors using AI in any step of their research process are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated materials. AI tools cannot be listed as an author of a paper. AI tools used should be listed in the bibliography indicating: Author of the AI programme, year of the programme version used (in brackets), Name of AI (in italics), Version, if applicable (in brackets), Publisher, if different from the author, URL, if applicable. Please refer to the example below: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">Open AI (2024) <em>ChatGPT 4o<\/em> (version September 2024), <a href=\"https:\/\/chat.openai.com\">https:\/\/chat.openai.com<\/a><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino;font-size: 16px\">Upon submission of the paper on EURAM\u2019s platform, the corresponding author will have to fill in a self-declaration statement form to document whether AI tools have been used or not.
