All\u00a0board members, executive committee members and even the president of the academy, pay the full registration fees to attend the EURAM Conference.<\/p>\n<h4>Accompanying persons<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Accompanying persons are welcome to register for social activities. For that purpose, it will be necessary to register before\u00a0<strong>5 June 202<\/strong><strong>3<\/strong>\u00a0as accompanying person.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The accompanying persons receive a badge that is only valid for the social events. They will not be able to take part in the scientific programme.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Accompanying persons fee:\u00a0<strong>30 EUR<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\">Payment Options<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Payment for the conference registration is made online by credit card (Mastercard or Visa).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Should you wish to pay by bank transfer, please contact\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:euramregistration@dekon.com.tr\">euramregistration@dekon.com.tr <\/a>As bank transfer fees will be applied, it is advised to pay by credit card.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Any additional bank transfer costs will need to be paid by the institution of the conference participant.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>To register a presenting author or a doctoral colloquium participant, the bank transfer payment needs be made to meet the same deadlines as specified above. Should the funds not be received in time, the registration cannot be considered as valid.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify\">GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Please note that in line with the sustainability policies of Trinity Business School, all catering will be vegetarian or vegan.<\/li>\n<li>Welcome Reception on 14 June 2023 Trinity College Dublin.<\/li>\n<li>EURAM Membership fees for 2024\n<ul>\n<li>Standard rate: 80 Euro (inc. 21% Belgian VAT).<\/li>\n<li>PhD students: 60 Euro (inc. 21% Belgian VAT).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Participation Fees to the Doctoral Colloquium (only) include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Academic sessions of the Doctoral Colloquium only (12-13 June 2023).<\/li>\n<li>Doctoral Colloquium materials.<\/li>\n<li>EURAM Membership rates for 2023 (PhD rate: \u00a060 Euro).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Cancellation Policy \u2013 Registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<li>Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the EURAM 2023 Registration Secretariat\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:euramregistration@dekon.com.tr\">euramregistration@dekon.com.tr<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cancellations received before or on 31 May 202<\/strong><strong>3<\/strong><strong>are eligible for 50% refund.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations received on or after 1 June 202<\/strong><strong>3<\/strong><strong>.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of EURAM 202<\/strong><strong>3<\/strong><strong>, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>No show Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">EURAM considers that not showing up in a session where you are scheduled to present an accepted paper, without a proper reason is unethical and must be considered as unacceptable behaviour in the EURAM community. For this reason, the EURAM executive committee approved the following no-show policy in December 2013:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author to attend and present the paper at the EURAM conference. Authors of the accepted papers included in the final program who do not attend the EURAM Conference will be subscribed to the EURAM \u201cNo Show List\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Participants of no-show papers will receive a warning from the executive committee and be subjected to a penalty in EURAM Conference Fees for two succeeding years.
