are pleased to invite you to collaborate in the design of the programme by proposing topics for discussion and symposia for the 23rd EURAM Annual Conference by\u00a0<strong>7 July 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The\u00a0<strong>EURAM 2023 Conference\u00a0<\/strong>will be held onsite at the\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/conferences.euram.academy\/2023conference\/about-trinity-business-school\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Trinity Business School<\/a><\/strong>, Trinity College in Dublin (Ireland) from 14 until 16 June 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Our conference <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/conferences.euram.academy\/2023conference\/theme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">theme<\/a><\/strong> is <strong>\u2018Transforming Business for Good\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As the survival of our planet and humanity itself are threatened by unsustainable business practice, never before have management scholars been placed in such an important role in society.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">As researchers, educators and thought leaders, business school academics cannot only play a huge role in helping to <strong>\u2018Transform Business for Good\u2019<\/strong> but have a moral duty to do so. The youth of today and future generations are relying on business scholars to deliver on this challenge. A rapidly growing and large number of firms want to transform themselves to be good businesses: good as in ethical, good as in for good and hence eco-sustainable and good as in performance, for instance as measured and indicated by the SDGs. They want to transform for good not only because it is the right thing to do and one which is inspirational for both their workers and consumers, but because it is the new frontier of competition. Firms that won\u2019t be able to deliver ethical and eco-sustainable goods and services at affordable prices will simply not survive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In order to deliver this mission and sustainable strategic objectives, firms are turning to management thought leaders to guide them on best practice for humane, ecological, sustainable business which enables them to behave to high ethical standards, generate loyal consumers, meet ESG regulatory requirements and ultimately to be competitive in this new business environment. Many businesses want to be activists and actually become ethical leaders who drive this transformation and thereby playing a role in persuading consumers to adopt sustainable buying patterns.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Do not hesitate to contact the relevant Special Interest Groups (SIGs) chairs by email. It accepts \u201cout of the box\u201d proposals for emerging track proposals, not fitting into existing SIGs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><b>Call for Symposia<\/b><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Symposia are discrete sessions around a specific topic or problem that:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">1. Engage a group of panellists in a formal interactive discussion<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. Encourage lively discussion and presentation of alternative views<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3. Attract the interest of a sufficient number of scholars<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4. Engage with issues that cut across existing SIGs, and<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.
