She has also undertaken international advisory roles in the areas of TVET curriculum development.\u00a0 Her current research interest is in greening TVET and social innovation. A self-professed informal knowledge-broker, Cordelia enjoys exploring the meanings of life across geographical, social and economic boundaries using the lenses of strategic management, technological advancement, innovation and social entrepreneurship.
